1980
Early training in the 1980s sparked a lifelong passion. By 2000, PMA launched in a local library hall before expanding to our first full-time facility in Menai in 2001.
2010
PMA opened its doors in Padstow, elevating the standard of martial arts. We focused on forging elite athletes and a resilient community with technical grit.
2017
Robert Whittaker became UFC Champion in 2017, cornered by Coach Henrry, cementing PMA’s place on the world stage.
PRESENT
Today, Coach Henrry continues to lead all ages and skill levels at PMA Mixed Martial Arts, mentoring fighters and members while growing the vibrant PMA community.
